THE CHALLENGE

In an industry where innovation moves fast, FORM needed an agile partner to amplify its breakthrough product and bold consumer positioning. Hardware advancements reshaped the product, adding a heart rate monitor that delivered real-time and post-workout data and a slimmed-down silhouette. Software updates integrated their premium suite into the goggles, unlocking a vast collection of guided workouts, technique challenges, and swim insights—all tracked in-goggle and measured via the app post-workout.

The main challenge was creating an engaging way to bring the campaign to life through several brand pillars. The First was to focus on inspiring a new consumer, a premier triathlete consumer who trains in the pool and races in open water. Second, elevate the hardware innovations on the Smart Swim 2 goggles. Third, communicate the software integration and how the athlete interacts with the app throughout the workout.

OUR APPROACH

Working closely with FORM, we immersed ourselves in their hardware and software innovations to understand how they benefit athletes. We then analyzed their new consumer segmentation—premier athletes who deeply understand their gear—ensuring our messaging resonated with them first.

This insight shaped a multilayered campaign, blending inspiration with technical visuals across multiple touchpoints. Our creative focused on bold, dynamic visuals that inspired athletes and built brand credibility. A campaign narrative mirrored the athlete’s internal dialogue, forging an emotional connection.

Leveraging cutting-edge technology, we highlighted the Swim Smart 2’s power, precision, and innovation, blurring the lines between reality and performance. Ultra-slow-motion cinematography and CGI elevated the content, seamlessly connecting tech with storytelling. Photo-real CGI assets replaced traditional product photography, providing a resourceful studio alternative. By pushing the limits of cinematography and still photography, we delivered a suite of assets that aligned with FORM’s pillars and engaged their target audience.
